摘要

Abstract

The modified electric training vehicle is basically controlled by using the motor controller,these controllers are designed for electric vehicle,caused by control method and controller design the operation judgment of the clutch cannot be realized which is different from the fuel training vehicle in driving experience. To solve this problem,a special vehicle control unit for electric training vehicle was designed. The design scheme of the controller and the main parts of the circuit were introduced. By analyzing vehicle operation characteristics and motor mechanical characteristics,a control strategy was established to make the motor idling and flameout caused by clutch error operation. Finally,the real vehicle tests were carried on,the results show that the vehicle control unit design is reasonable,the electric training vehicle can be reliable and stable control,and meet the demand of subject 2 training.
