Abstract
Currently, distribution networks are generally with multiple voltage levels. Although power electronic transformers can interconnect multiple voltage level feeders, effective power regulation between feeders with different voltage levels remains to be investigated. Soft open point (SOP) can realize power regulation of multiple voltage level feeders, promoting flexibility of networks. This paper proposes a customized operation optimization method of hybrid multiple voltage level distribution networks based on SOPs. Firstly, the basic principles of SOPs realizing flexible connection of multiple voltage level feeders are elaborated. Then an SOPbased customized optimization model of hybrid multi-voltagelevel distribution networks is established based on secondorder-cone programming. Finally, a modified real distribution network is used to verify effectiveness of the proposed method. Results show that, by adjusting the operation strategy of SOPs, operation of distribution networks can be significantly improved, including voltage profile improvement, feeder loading balance, and operation loss reduction.关键词
