Application and Recommendation of in Situ Nylon Bag Technique for Feed Nutritional Value Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
In situ nylon bag technique could be used to determine the rate and degree of feed degradation in the rumen of ruminants.It is a method that was commonly used to evaluate the nutritional value of feeds for ruminant and was also named rumen nylon bag method.However, there were some difference or inconsistent in determining procedures between laboratories and even in the same laboratory.Therefore, the in situ nylon bag technique and its application situation, the problems when the technique was used for evaluating the nutritional value of feeds, and the solutions to these problems were summarized in this paper.Also, some technical regulations of using this in situ nylon bag technique were recommended to give a guide for further research and make technical rules or standards related with in situ nylon bag technique.关键词
