Regulation of Matrix Proteins on Eggshell Quality
摘要
Abstract
Matrix proteins are important constitutes of eggshell organic matrix, which are synthesized and secreted in the process of eggshell formation and involved in the formation of eggshell ultrastructure and microstructure, and thus affect eggshell quality.The article is focused on the different kinds and properties of matrix proteins, their distribution in eggshell, their effects on shell quality, and the regulation of matrix proteins to affect eggshell quality.In a word, the paper is reviewed the regulation of matrix proteins on eggshell quality and hoping to provide an idea for the research of nutrition regulation for eggshell quality.关键词
