Abstract
As one of the essential trace elements of animals, selenium can not only prevent certain diseases of animals but also promote the growth and development of animals, which plays an extremely important role in maintaining the normal growth, development and production of animals.This article described the common selenium sources used in sheep production, the effects of selenium supplementation on growth performance, reproductive performance, antioxidant performance, immune function and meat quality of sheep, and the harm of selenium deficiency on sheep.It aims to provide reference for the production and theoretical study of sheep in selenium-deficient regions.关键词
