摘要

Abstract

In order to study the characteristic of AC arc by use of waveform data, an AC arc analysis system was designed. It achieves the motion control of arc generating device by the motion card. The voltage and current are captured, saved and invoked by using high speed PCI data acquisition card. The morphological filter and wavelet energy spectrum algorithm were embedded in this system and were used to analyze the voltage waveform of AC arc.The results show that the wavelet energy spectrum transformation expresses significant difference at different arcing stage and it provides a new idea for the study of AC arc characteristics.
