Abstract
In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC) requirements of a new type of ship, it is necessary to design electronic components of a certain type of DC moulded case circuit breaker ( MCCB). This paper introduced the composition of the DC MCCB and the basic requirements for EMC, and analyzed the electromagnetic compatibility problems involved in the DC MCCB in the aspects of the frequency characteristics of the electronic device and the electromagnetic sensitivity characteristics. The internal electromagnetic interference source and the objects that are easily disturbed are clarified, and the corresponding design is put forward. The EMC improvement measures were tested and verified by experiments. According to the problem of EMC in the test, the results show that the DC MCCB meets the requirement of EMC index.关键词
