摘要

Abstract

With the development of wind power delivery HVDC line, power grid demands of wind power plant that it should have frequency and voltage regulation function. But power system electromechanical transient simulation software does not include wind power plant controller model. In this article, electromechanical transient simulation model was buit for wind power plant controller based on PSS  E. And it made the simulation of the controller effect by WTG Type4 A generic model. The simulation result shows that the model can reflect the characteristics and functions of wind power plant controller accurately.
