摘要

Abstract

This paper introduced the structure principle and design principle of a heat overload protective moulded case circuit breaker ( MCCB). The range of regulation of thermal overload protection characteristics is determined by calculation, and the direction of research development is put forward. This product solves the problem of untunable current of traditional MCCB and the instability of power supply caused by current fluctuation of distribution line. It has the characteristics of wide range of adjustment and high performance cost ratio, and meets the individual needs of users.
