摘要
Abstract
Contact is an important component of electrical components. As one of the few movable parts in the electric circuit of electrical components, the contact must be fully reliable and have certain mechanical and electrical properties and environmental adaptability. In moulded-case circuit breaker ( MCCB), the alloy material with Ag is commonly used, such as Ag Ni, Ag C, Ag WC, etc. In order to enhance the electrical conductivity of the electrical circuit, the contact is usually coated with silver along with its welded conductor. When the MCCB is exposed to air for a long time, the surface of the conductor is easy to oxidize, resulting in non-conducting in the electrical circuit.This paper discussed the analysis and verification of contact loop unenergized condition caused by the influence of copper green and proposed the solutions.关键词
