摘要

Abstract

Through metallographic analysis and the experiment it was verified that the 3FA relay contact failure is resulted from the defect in riveting process of silver compound contact with copper tape. According to the riveting process characteristics, adopting reasonable technological measures, it can solve the problem of riveting failure, ensure product key indicators, such as contact resistance and electrical life, achieve good results and get valuable experienced data.
