Inverse Time-Limited Overcurrent Protection Technology for Solid State Power Controller Based on FPGA

Abstract
The solid state power controller integrates the functions of traditional power distribution devices such as relays and circuit breakers, and is the core component of the all-electric spacecraft power distribution system. The inverse time-limited overcurrent protection technology is the key technology of the solid state power controller and is closely related to the reliability of the power distribution system. This paper briefly introduced the classification of inverse time-limited overcurrent protection curve and the principle of inverse time-limited overcurrent protection algorithm. Based on the advantages of FPGA multi-thread parallel operation and high frequency, combined with I2 t curve and "thermal memory " algorithm to achieve more accurate inverse time-limit overcurrent protection technology. The simulation and measurement verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
