Abstract
Due to the distributed generation output fluctuations and the gradual increase in permeability, power quality and power equipment adaptability face new challenges.The voltage limit and the protection device malfunction are the main factors limiting the allowed penetration level of DG.In view of the above problems, this paper proposed a voltage regulation method which uses the reactive power regulation of DG inverter grid-connected power decoupling cooperated with the active management measures.When the allowed penetration level in steady state is obtained, the adaptability of the allowed penetration level to protection device in the fault condition is verified, and the improvement measures of the weak links of each module are put forward to form a joint optimization of the steady-state and transient-state, which realizes the maximization penetration level of DG, and finally the effectiveness of the scheme was proved by an in IEEE-33 node example.关键词
