摘要

Abstract

In order to better analyze the trajectory of the operating mechanism of miniature circuit breaker (MCB), the motion diagrams of the mechanism are drawn and the degrees of freedom under different states are calculated.In order to understand the force situation of the operating mechanism in some stable positions, the graphic method is used to analyze the force of the operating mechanism, and the contact final pressure of MCB and the release torque, the operating torque of the handle closing, the locking force and the release force are preliminarily calculated.It provides an effective method for the design and analysis of the MCB mechanism.
