摘要

Abstract

Direct-current relay can realize remote operation and automatic control, its reliability research is of great significance.This paper studied the change of release time, rebound time and reverse impulse voltage with the change of driving circuit of Darlington transistor.The release time and rebound time parameters of the relays were obviously reduced when the diodes are disconnected from the end of the chip circuit, but the reverse impulse voltage was increased, which was compared and analyzed.It provides a new way to comprehensively study the optimization and balance of relay control system and contact system performance.
