摘要

Abstract

With the help of Ansys finite element simulation analysis software, the short-term tolerance current value of air circuit breaker (ACB) was simulated, and the stress analysis and optimization design of the rotating shaft and cantilever of the operation mechanism of ACB were carried out by using Solidworks three-dimensional modeling software and finite element analysis software Algor, which meets the requirement of strong operation mechanism when short-term tolerance is broken.Based on the analysis of the tripping force of the mechanism, the tripping force is optimized through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis, and the reliability of the operation mechanism is improved.
