Abstract
The miniature circuit breaker with relatively large rated current usually adopts the double-break contact structure in series, which has better current limiting performance and breaking capacity than single break breakers.Focusing on the electromagnetic field coupling problems of the series arc in double-break miniature circuit breaker, by using 3-D finite element software Ansys, this paper built the double-break series arc calculation model and studied the interaction electromagnetic forces of the arcs in different position, and then analyzed the influence of the ferromagnetic plate between the arc on the electromagnetic forces.The result can provide a basis for optimal design of double break point miniature circuit breaker.关键词
