摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the factors of affecting opening range and combining the test statistic data, this paper presented the calculation method of MCCB opening range and also presented the method of mapping the MCCB opening range into the operating mechanism's opening range accurately, which solves the deviation problem due to experience.By analytical method and reasonable coordinate transformation it presented the fast solation method for operating mechanism linkage size, improving the low efficiency of graphic method.Based on the calculation of the circuit breaker operating mechanism shown on the paper and the test of the circuit breaker prototype, it verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the methods.
