触头材料及环境气氛对触头分断燃弧时间影响的试验研究
Experimental Study on Breaking Arc Duration under Different Contact Materials and Surrounding Atmospheres

Abstract
The contact material and surrounding atmosphere are the key factors that affect the arc-extinguishing performance of the sealed high-voltage DC relay.In this paper, under the conditions of DC voltage of 200~500 V and current of 40~150 A, the electrical contact experiments of four kinds of contact materials, CuW50, CuW60, AgW60 and Cu, were carried out in six kinds of surrounding atmospheres such as N2 and CO2, and the breaking arc duration was studied.The results indicate that the breaking arc duration in O2 is the longest, and with the increase of voltage and current the arc duration in N2 tends to increase and that in CO2 shows a decreasing trend.AgW60 has the longest arcing time and Cu the shortest, of the four tested contact materials.关键词
