Abstract
Electromagnetic relays as control components are widely used in a variety of electronic equipment and systems.In this paper, a single group of regular open contact electromagnetic relays as the research object, through the experiment to confirm that its failure mode is contact welding, its failure mechanism is the arc rekindling caused by the static contact rebound, resulting in contact welding.Based on this, a method of adding baffle between dynamic and static contacts is proposed to suppress the release bounce of static contact, and the feasibility of this method is verified by ADAMS software analysis and relay test.关键词
