Abstract
Facing more and more severe application environment requirements of new energy distribution system, a magnetic flux converter, as the most important executive component of intelligent controller of air circuit breaker and molded case circuit breaker, has gradually improved its performance requirements.Through the failure mode analysis after the failure of high and low temperature test of magnetic flux converter, the permanent magnet is identified as the main failure part.Combined with electromagnetic simulation and high and low temperature test, the results are compared to verify the correctness of material selection, thus providing theoretical and practical basis for the continuous optimization of magnetic flux converter.关键词
