摘要
Abstract
With the improvement on the environmental stress requirement of aerospace users, higher requirements are put forward for the corresponding components.As one of the components being matched with the whole aircraft, the high-end users put forward higher requirements for the environmental stress resistance performance of relay's steady acceleration, which requires that the steady state acceleration index has been raised from 490 m/s2 to 980 m/s2.The reasons for the failure of 980 m/s2 steady-state acceleration index were found out by the steady-state acceleration test of electromagnetic relay, the shell removal test and analysis, and the improvement measures were formulated.The steady acceleration test results of the improved product show that, the steady-state acceleration performance of the product is improved and the high-end users, requirements for high environmental stress performance are met.关键词
