Design of Automatic Test System for 3D Dynamic Characteristics of Electrical Appliances
摘要
Abstract
The actual movement process of electrical appliances is three-dimensional motion.The test and analysis of 3 D motion is helpful to understand the movement process of electrical appliances comprehensively and provides the foundation for the design and manufacture of electrical appliances.In order to reduce manual intervention and improve test efficiency, an automatic test system based on high-speed cameras for 3 D dynamic characteristics of electrical appliances was designed.It includes high-speed camera calibration system and dynamic characteristic test system.In Visual Studio programming environment, OpenCV functions are applied to realize automatic calibration of the camera, automatic extraction and match of feature points in the action mechanism, and automatic formation of 3 D motion curve.Taking DC relay as an example, 3 D test of the dynamic characteristics was carried out.Finally the accuracy and practicability of the test system were validated.关键词
