摘要

Abstract

In the intelligent manufacturing planning of large-scale manufacturing enterprises, safety production has always been in an important position. In order to effectively solve the over-charge and deflagration accidents of uninterruptible power supply system (UPS) in production stations or important computer rooms, this paper uses unified modeling language (UML) to analyze the management requirements of UPS equipment in large manufacturing enterprises,and builds business case models. According to the business requirement of UPS in intelligent manufacturing enterprises, the network application platform structure of mobile security management system for UPS equipment was designed by using Internet of Things technology. The mobile communication technology involved in the implementation of this application platform was introduced. Finally, the key technologies for the implementation of UPS safety management system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises were put forward,which can provide a novel technical reference for UPS safety technology management and intelligent manufacturing planning.
