Abstract
Evaluation of the technical and economic developable amount is the important parts of development potential assessment of photovoltaic power station base. This paper analyzed the basic elements of the development potential evaluation for photovoltaic power station base,presented the basic concepts and connotations of the theory etical, technical and economic developable amount. The technical and economic developable amount evaluation models were proposed based on the GIS and LCOE method for photovoltaic power plant base. Then,an overall process for assessing the development potential of a photovoltaic power plant base was established. At last, the photovoltaic power plant development potential evaluation system was applied to evaluate the theoretical, technical and economic developable amount of Qinghai Photovoltaic Power Plant Base.关键词
