Abstract
Establishment of scientific evaluation mechanism can provide a guarantee for effective implementation of river chief system and also a key factor of realizing normalization and Institutionalization of the system.In close proximity to the central government, and based on the present situation of Guangdong, this paper analyzes the necessity of establishing and improving the assessment mechanism of the river chief system in Guangdong Province.We discusses the main contents of the pilot scheme of the river chief system in Guangdong Province and some key issues.To provide reference for full implementation of river chief system and the evaluation of the river chief system in Guangdong Province.关键词
