Abstract
The perfluoroiso-butyrontrile (CF3) 2 CFCN is the environmentally friendly gas-insulating dielectric, and performs well in dielectric properties and environmental protection, which has the potential to replace SF6 gas. In this paper, a series of AC corona discharge experiments were carried out, and the gas and solid decomposition by-products of (CF3) 2 CFCN mixed with N2, air and CO2 were qualitatively detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method. Then the effects of buffer gases on the decomposition characteristics of (CF3) 2 CFCN mixed gas under corona discharge were quantitively analyzed based on the GC/MS method. The results show that the gas decomposition by-products of (CF3) 2 CFCN mixtures are CO, CO2, CF4, C2 F6, C2 F4, C3 F8, C3 F6, C4 F10, CF3 CN, CNCN, C2 F5 CN, etc. The volume fraction of CO2 in the (CF3) 2 CFCN/air decomposition components is much higher than that in the (CF3) 2 CFCN/N2 decomposition components. (CF3) 2 CFCN/CO2 mixed gas decomposes to a large amount of CO. Therefore, when the (CF3) 2 CFCN/CO2 mixed gas is adopted, the volume fraction of CO gas should be closely monitored.关键词
