脊蛇祛湿胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对血清中炎症因子表达的影响
Clinical effect of JiSheQushi Capsule on knee osteoarthritis and inflammatory cytokines in serum

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of JiSheQushi Capsule on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis, who met the inclusion criteria, were enrolled in this study. They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules and meloxicam. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the treatment group received additional JiSheQushi Capsule (1.35 g) treatment. The knee osteoarthritis severity scale (ISOA) and visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients before and after treatment. The changes of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1 L) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were monitored before and after treatment, and the blood routine test was also monitored. Safety indicators, such as liver and kidney functions and gastrointestinal reactions, were recorded.Results After treatment, the ISOA scores and the VAS pain scores were significantly improved in both groups, but they were more prominent in treatment group. There were significant differences in the ISOA score and the VAS pain score between the 2 groups (P＜0.01). The total effective rate was 91.43％ in treatment group, which was significantly higher than that of control group (68.57％, P＜0.05). The serum levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups, and they were significantly superior in treatment group than control group (P＜0.01). In treatment group, there were 4 cases of gastrointestinal reactions (11.43％). In control group, there were 6 cases of gastrointestinal reactions (17.14％). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The JiSheQushi Capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis, without obvious side effects.关键词
