立极针法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的疗效及其改善生活质量的观察
The efficacy of Liji acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp coagulation type and its improvement on the life quality

Abstract
Objective To Evaluate the efficacy of Liji acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp coagulation type and its improvement on the life quality. Methods In this study, 76 cases of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp coagulation type were randomly divided into 2 groups, Liji acupuncture group (n=38) and body acupuncture group (n=38). The participants in the both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The quality of life assessment scale SF-36, dysmenorrhea symptoms score and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to observe the therapeutic efficacy. The health-related quality of life before and after treatment, including physical functioning (PF), role physical functioning (RP), body pain (BP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social functioning (SF), role emotional functioning (RE), mental health (MH), and report health transition (HT), were recorded. Results There were 2 cases lost in the Liji acupuncture group and 1 cases in the body acupuncture group. After treatment, the total effective rates of Liji acupuncture and body acupuncture were 91.67％ and 83.78％, respectively, which was significantly higher of Liji acupuncture (P＜0.05). The VAS scores and dysmenorrhea symptom scores in the both groups were significantly reduced during treatment (P＜0.05), and were significantly more prominent of Liji acupuncture (P＜0.05). The scores of SF-36 scale of the two groups were significantly improved during treatment (P＜0.05). Apart from PF, improvements in the rest dimensions were significantly superior in Liji acupuncture to the body acupuncture group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Liji acupuncture is remarkable. Liji acupuncture significantly relieve pain and improve symptoms of dysmenorrhea, thereby improving the quality of life of dysmenorrhea patients.关键词
