Angiojet机械吸栓联合接触性溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的近期疗效
The short term efficacy of the Angiojet mechanical thrombectomy combined with catheter directed thrombolysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the short term efficacy of the percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy (PMT) combined with catheter directed thrombolytic on the low extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods Twenty-one cases of DVT underwent PMT+CDT therapy (observation group) and 31 cases of DVT underwent CDT alone therapy (control group) were collected for analysis.Results Fifteen patients in the observation group obtained Grade Ⅲ thrombolysis. Total recovery, partial recovery and inefficacy were observed in 18, 1 and 2 cases, respectively, in observation group. Meanwhile, 10 patients in control group obtained Grade Ⅲ thrombolysis. Total recovery, acceptable recovery, partial recovery and inefficacy were observed in 11, 5, 14 and 1 cases, respectively, in control group. The difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance. Conclusion PMT+CDT has better therapeutic outcomes, shorter thrombolysis time, less urokinase and shorter hospital stay.关键词
