逐经灸督脉疗法干预阳虚体质的效果
The efficacy of self-created automatic moxibustion on Yang deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of self-created automatic moxibustion machine on Yang deficiency. Methods Eighty patients with Yang deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=38, received self-invasive automatic moxibustion) and the control group (n=42, received traditional moxibustion). The Traditional Chinese Medical constitution questionnaire was carried out before, and at the 15th and 30th treatment. The therapeutic effect was analyzed at the end of the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the constitution score before treatment (P＞0.05). Significant improvement was revealed in treatment group at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05), though there was no significant improvement observed in control group (P＞0.05). There was significant difference revealed between the 2 groups at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05), but no significant difference was found at the 30th therapy (P＜0.05). Significant improvements were revealed in the both groups at the 30th therapy, when comparing with baseline or at the 15th therapy (P＜0.05). At the end of the treatment, the effective rate was 89.4％ in treatment group, and 61.9％ in control group.Conclusion Compare to traditional moxibustion, the self-created automatic moxibustion machine is more convenient and has better efficacy on improving Yang deficiency.关键词
