Abstract
In 2018 Russian crude oil output reached 556 million tons with an increase of 1.7％ compared to the same period in the year before. The refi nery throughput was 287 million tons, an increase of 2.7％. Crude oil exports amounted to 260 million tons, which means an increase of 3.0％. The same year, Russia produced 725.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas, an increase of 4.9％, and exported 220.6 billion cubic meters of natural gas, an increase of 4.9％. Meanwhile, the progress of natural gas export pipelines has been made and the Russian government further liberalized the price control of natural gas, implemented the additional income tax for oil and gas companies, and approved a number of plans and programs to promote the oil and gas industry development. Sanctions from the US and EU aff ected its future development potential and Russia's oil and gas industry kept steady in the short run.关键词
