宽叶打碗花全草的脂溶性化学成分研究
Study on Liposoluble chemical constituents from Calystegia sepium
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the liposoluble chemical constituents from Calystegia sepium (L) RBR. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography, preparative HPLC and so on. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic data, as well as literature. Results A total of 11 compounds were separated and identified as scopolin (1), scopoletin (2), N-p-ciscoumaroy-tyramine (3), umbell-iferone (4), dibutyl phthalate (5), dioctyl phthalate (6), soya-cerebroside Ⅰ (7), Dehydrovomifoliol (8), (-) -epiloliolide (9), methyl chlorogenate (10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1-11 are isolated from Calystegia sepium for the first time.关键词
