摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the liposoluble chemical constituents from Calystegia sepium (L) RBR. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography, preparative HPLC and so on. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic data, as well as literature. Results A total of 11 compounds were separated and identified as scopolin (1), scopoletin (2), N-p-ciscoumaroy-tyramine (3), umbell-iferone (4), dibutyl phthalate (5), dioctyl phthalate (6), soya-cerebroside Ⅰ (7), Dehydrovomifoliol (8), (-) -epiloliolide (9), methyl chlorogenate (10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1-11 are isolated from Calystegia sepium for the first time.
