丹参与其伪品、混淆品比较鉴别分析
Comparative discriminant analysis of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and its counterfeit and adulterants

Abstract
Objective To identify the Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and its counterfeit (roots of Arctium lappa and Dipsacus asper) and adulterants (roots of Salvia przewalskii, Salvia yunnanensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba). Methods The identification of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and its counterfeit and adulterants were based on the methods of trait characteristics, microscope, Thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The study of trait characteristics indicated that Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and roots of Arctium lappa, Dipsacus asper, Salvia przewalskii, and Salvia yunnanensis could be distinguished from the appearance shape, color and so on, but it was difficult to distinguish the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba. Microscopic identification results showed that the microscopic characteristics of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and roots of Arctium lappa, Dipsacus asper were obviously different, while roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia przewalskii, Salvia yunnanensis was difficult to distinguish. TLC could distinguish the roots of Arctium lappa, Dipsacus asper, Salvia przewalskii, and Salvia yunnanensis, but it was difficult to identify the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba. The HPLC characteristic spectra and the content determination were consistent with the results of TLC, which showed that there was a certain difference between Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and the roots of Salvia przewalskii, Salvia yunnanensis, but it was difficult to distinguish the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba. Conclusion The methods of this study can effectively distinguish Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and its counterfeit and adulterants.关键词
