响应面法优化芦柑皮中柠檬苦素类化合物的提取工艺
Study on optimizing the extraction of limonoids from citrus peels by response surface methodology

Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction of limonoins from citrus peels. Methods The extraction process of limonoins was optimized by response surface method with the extraction yield of limonoins as the index. Results The best extraction condition of limonoids was as follows: ultrasonic power 360 W, ultrasonic time 14 min, water and citrus powder ratio 15:1 (mL:g), ethanol concentration of 80%. In the optimal process condition, the extraction yield of limonoids from citrus peels reached 8.07 mg/g. Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction technology has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and simple operation.关键词
