Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of matairesinoside, matairesinol, arctiin, and arctigenin in different parts of Forsythia suspensa. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of matairesinoside, matairesinol, arctiin, and arctigenin. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relationships of matairesinoside, matairesinol, arctiin, and arctigenin were respectively good with R2=0.999 9. The contents of matairesinoside, matairesinol, arctiin and arctigenin in the fruit of Forsythia suspensa were 0.044％, 0.078％, 0.35％ and 0.018％, respectively. The contents of matairesinoside, matairesinol, arctiin and arctigenin were 0.98％, 0.44％, 0.67％, and 0.022％, respectively in the stem of Forsythia suspensa, 1.85％, 0.63％, 0.35％, and 0.088％, respectively in the branch of Forsythia suspensa, and 0.31％, trace, 3.93％ and 0.22％ respectively in the leaf of Forsythia suspensa. Conclusion The contents of matairesinoside, matairesinol in the branches of Forsythia suspensa were relatively higher than others, while the contents of arctiin and arctigenin in leaves of Forsythia suspensa were relatively higher. The distribution of four components in different parts of Forsythia suspensa has been studied, which provides experimental basis for the follow-up study of Forsythia suspensa and the development of health products.关键词
