关于肢体缺血再灌注损伤评价指标的研究进展
Progress on the evaluation indexes of limb ischemia-reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Limb ischemia is caused by limb arterial obstruction and often occurs in peripheral arterial embolism, atherosclerotic thrombosis, and traumatic vascular injury. With the increase of limb injury, ischemia-reperfusion injury has become a problem that cannot be ignored in clinical practice. In order to evaluate the severity of limb ischemia-reperfusion injury, it is necessary to understand the changes of important indicators before and after limb ischemia, which will be helpful in the establishment of standardized assessment of ischemia-reperfusion in the future. Here, the evaluation indexes commonly used in the research of ischemia-reperfusion at present stage are described in this review based on the related researches on ischemia-reperfusion at home and abroad.关键词
