Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of birth status on infant's temperament type.Methods Totally 269full-term singleton infants of normal pregnant women without complications born during the period of March 2015to November 2016in Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children were selected and followed up for one year.Temperament questionnaire researched and planned by Zhang Jinsong and Shen Lixiao was used to evaluate, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the related birth factors possibly infecting the temperament type (easy-type and difficult-type) of infants.Stepwise Logistic regression was used for correlation analysis.Results A total of 269infants were recruited, occupying 76.86％of the cases followed up.Among them there were 111boys of easy-type and 21of difficult-type, 115girls of easy-type and 22of difficult-type.Five of ten factors (including delivery mode, placental abruption, asphyxia, entering neonatology department and time of hospitalization) were statistically significant in comparing easy-type and difficult-type (χ2/t value was 4.292, 4.172, 5.062, 11.383and-19.345, respectively, all P＜0.05).The order of these five factors were entering neonatology department, asphyxia, delivery mode, placental abruption and time of hospitalization from high to low in terms of standard regression coefficient.Conclusion The birth status brings certain effects on infant's temperament, and the effect of being admitted to neonatology department and asphyxia is more obvious.Therefore, we should pay attention to pre-pregnancy examination to reduce the high risk of birth.关键词
