摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the influence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on the physical development, glycometabolism and erythropoiesis of offspring during the infancy.Methods The women with GDM who did prenatal check-up in Suzhou Municipal Hospital during 2015were randomly selected as GDM group, and the pregnant women with normal blood glucose at the same period were selected as control group.There were 48cases in both groups.The body weight and length at birth, body weight and length at 12months old, red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (HB), blood glucose, insulin were detected in two groups.Results The birth weight and length of the offspring of the GDM group were higher than those of the control group, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The weight and length of the offspring of the GDM group at 12months old were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant (Fvalue was 10.54and 19.68, respectively, both P<0.01).The level of RBC, HB, blood glucose and insulin in the GDM group were significantly higher than the control group (t value was 6.90, 6.92, 5.10and 4.25, respectively, all P<0.01).Conclusion Physical development of the offspring during infancy is influenced by GDM, and the glycometabolism and erythropoietic are remarkably affected.
