Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different methods on promoting cervical ripening in induced labor of full-term parturient.Methods The clinical data of 697full-term pregnant women from June 2015to June 2017in Wenling Maternal and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to cervical ripening methods, 697women were divided into prostaglandin dinoprostone group with 281cases, double-lumen balloon group with 300cases and oxytocin group with 116cases.The delivery modes, maternal cervical score and neonatal complications were compared among three groups.Results The difference in cesarean section rate was significant among three groups (χ2=10.35, P<0.01), and the rate in oxytocin group (70.69%) was significantly higher than that of prostaglandin dinoprostone group (21.71%) and double-lumen balloon group (23.33%) (χ2 value was 84.08and 66.76, respectively, both P<0.01).There was significant difference among three groups in total effective rate of promoting cervical ripening (χ2=7.25, P<0.01), but the difference between prostaglandin dinoprostone group and double-lumen balloon group was not significant (P>0.05).The degree of promoting cervical ripening in oxytocin group was significantly different from that in prostaglandin dinoprostone group and double-lumen balloon group (χ2 value was 135.35and 111.08, respectively, both P<0.01).There were significant differences in labor time, total labor process and postpartum hemorrhage among three groups (F value was 16.23, 12.17and 27.34, respectively, all P<0.01), but the differences in labor time, total labor process and postpartum hemorrhage between prostaglandin dinoprostone group and double-lumen balloon group were not significant (P>0.05).There were significant differences in labor time, total labor process and postpartum hemorrhage between oxytocin group and prostaglandin dinoprostone group (t value was-41.98, -54.73and-30.56, respectively, all P<0.01).The differences in labor time, total labor process and postpartum hemorrhage were significant between oxytocin group and double-lumen balloon group (t value was-43.18, -55.39and-28.30, respectively, all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the rate of meconium stained amniotic fluid, neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress among three groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin dinoprostone and double-lumen balloon are more effective in promoting cervical ripening and labor induction process, with safety, convenience and less adverse reactions, so they should be advocated in clinical practice.关键词
