Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of daphnetin on the biological function of human endometrial carcinoma HEC-1Aand HEC-1Bcells.Methods:HEC-1Aand HEC-1 Bcells were divided into different concentrations(50μmol/L,75μmol/L and 100μmol/L) of daphnetin treatment groups and control group.The cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) method,AnnexinV-APC/PI double staining,scratch test and Transwell assay were used to detect the proliferation,apoptotic rate,migration and invasion ability of HEC-1A and HEC-1B cells,respectively.Results:The proliferation rate,migration rate and the number of transmembrane cells in Transwell assay were significantly decreased,while the apoptotic rate was notably increased in different concentrations of daphnetin groups,compared with the control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences among different concentrations of daphnetin treatment groups as to these indexes(P<0.05). Conclusion:Daphnetin could inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration,and promote apoptosis of human endometrial carcinoma HEC-1A and HEC-1B cells,and the effect was dose-dependent.关键词
