山楂叶总黄酮对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能和炎症反应的影响
Effect of hawthorn leaves flavonoids on motor function and inflammatory response in rats with spinal cord injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hawthorn leaves flavonoids on motor function and inflammatory reaction in rats with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,SCI group and hawthorn leaves flavonoids low-dose(5mg/kg) ,middle-dose(10mg/ kg) and high-dose(20mg/kg) groups,with 6 rats in each group.Except for the sham-operated group,the rat SCI model was established by Allen's method.The motor function were evaluated by Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan(BBB) score.The levels of interleukin(IL) -1β,IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) -αwere detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with sham-operated group, the score of BBB in SCI group was significantly decreased,while the levels of IL-1β,IL-10and TNF-αin spinal cord tissues were increased(P<0.05). The concentrations of IL-1β,IL-10and TNF-αin spinal cord tissues of the three treatment groups decreased with the increase of the dose of hawthorn leaves flavonoids(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hawthorn leaves flavonoids could inhibit inflammatory response and improve motor function in SCI rats.关键词
