血管抑素对大鼠角膜碱烧伤后瘢痕形成的作用研究
The effect of angiostatin on scar formation after alkali burn of cornea in rats

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of angiostatin(AS) on scar formation after corneal alkali burn in rats.Methods:A total of 100Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups and corneal alkali burn models were established(n=25per group):AS1group(10μg/mL AS) ,AS2 group(20μg/mL) ,dexamethasone(1mg/mL) group and normal saline group.Rats were treated with different doses of AS,dexamethasone or normal saline eye drops four times daily.On day 1,3,7,14,21 after alkali burn,the corneal opacity was observed by slit lamps,and inflammatory cells number was counted under light microscopy.Corneal ultrastructure was observed by electron microscopy.Results:The corneal opacity score of AS1,AS2 and dexamethasone groups was better than that of normal saline group on day 3-21 after alkali burn,and the score of AS2 group was better than that of dexamethasone group(P<0.05).The number of inflammatory cells in AS1,AS2 and dexamethasone groups was less than that of normal saline group after 1-21 days of alkali burn,and the inflammatory cells number in AS2 group was less than that in dexamethasone group(P<0.05).Conclusion:AS could effectively restrain the formation of corneal scar after alkali burns in rats,and the effect was superior to dexamethasone.关键词
