利格列汀应用于牙髓血运重建治疗的安全性探索
Safety of linagliptin application in the pulp revascularization
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of DPP-4inhibitor,linagliptin on the blood glucose and body weight during pulp revascularization inrats.Methods:18 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=6).Experimental group:mandibular first molars with pulp revascularization and oral gavage linagliptin. Control group:mandibular first molars with pulp revascularization and oral gavage sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Blank control group:normal molars and oral gavage sodium carboxymethylcellulose.The fasting blood sugar and body weight were detected before experiment and 7,14,21 and 28 days after oral gavage. Results:There was no significant difference in body weight and fasting blood glucose among the three groups before experiment and 7,14,21 and 28 days after oral gavage(P>0.05).Conclusion:DPP-4 inhibitor linagliptin had no significant effect on blood glucose or body weight during pulp revascularization in rats.关键词
