艾滋病中医证型与CD4+T、CD8+T细胞及IL-2、IL-4水平的关系分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between traditional Chinese medical syndromes of AIDS and CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,interleukin(IL) -2 and IL-4levels.Methods:A total of 93AIDS patients without antiviral treatment were enrolled,and divided into three groups according to traditional Chinese medical syndromes:empirical evidence group(n=20) ,false evidence group(n=26) and mixed evidence group(n=47).The number of CD4+T and CD8+T cells and the levels of IL-2and IL-4levels were detected and compared.Results:The number of CD4+T cells wassignificantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).The number of CD8+T cells was reduced in mixed evidence group compared with false evidence group (P<0.05).The level of IL-2 in empirical evidence group was higher than that in false evidencegroup(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-4level among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medical syndrome of AIDS might be related to CD4+T,CD8+T cells count and IL-2level, but not correlated with the IL-4level.关键词
