中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of of 100p atients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received western medicine only,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00％ ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.00％) (P<0.05).The symptoms improvement and disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.00％ ,which was lower than that of the control group(22.00％) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.关键词
