摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the reduction of sludge during the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater treatment, 8 strains of sludge degradation were screened from different samples, and the effects of the sludge degradation were verified with sludge as the sole carbon and energy source. Three dominant strains of sludge degradation were obtained and were identified as Serratia nematodiphila H1, Chryseobacterium indologenes B4 and Ochrobactrum thiophenivorans D7. Among them, the VSS removal rate of strain H1 was the highest, reaching 52.9%, which was 27.2% higher than that of the control 41.6%. The VSS removal rate of the strains Chryseobacterium indologenes B4 and Ochrobactrum thiophenivorans D7, in order, were 48.6% and 47.5%, which were 16.8% and 14.2% higher than those of the control, respectively.These results showed that the three strains all had the significant effects of sludge degradation.
