摘要

Abstract

Antibiotics, as a kind of secondary microbial metabolites, have the function of killing or inhibiting the growth of microorganisms. Excessive and improper use of antibiotics has led to an increase in the amount of residue in food.Therefore, it is necessary to develop easy and sensitive methods for rapid evaluation of antibiotics and their residues.Aptamer sensors have attracted much attention due to their high selectivity, specificity and sensitivity. Meanwhile, the performance of the aptamer sensor can be further improved by means of the unique optical and electrical properties of the nano-material. The recent developments of aptamer sensors for antibiotic detection, such as fluorescent aptamer sensor, colorimetric aptamer sensor and electrochemical aptamer sensor, were reviewed in this paper. In addition, the challenges and future prospects in this field were also discussed.
