摘要
Abstract
In view of the current situation that the change of extraction force of the Gatling gun affects the operation of the automatic machine, and the phenomenon that the reversal of the barrel group can cause the barrel reentering the chamber after launch the extraction force was calculated by using the finite element method, the process of extraction under different chamber pressure was studied, and the condition of cartridge reentry after launch was analyzed.It is concluded that the material of the non-attachment part of the cartridge bottom can be damaged when the cartridge is pressed by the chamber pressure;at the initial stage of shell extraction, the cartridge barrel is thrust, and a large deformation occurs at the root of the cartridge to cause a bulge when the cartridge barrel is reentrance, thereby causing the maximum resistance and the cartridge can not enters the chamber.关键词
