管土接触作用下直埋管道小折角优化分析
Optimization Analysis of Directly Buried Pipeline with Small Angular Deviations Under the Effects of Pipe-Soil Contact

Abstract
In view of that wide application of single weld small angle in the heat distribution pipeline network, it is proposed to obtain the optimal tube structure and relative parameter by using the finite element method to simulate the local stress and the maximum stress at different angles of angle and thicken wall, in the form of double angle corner structure, double angle center thicken and double angle double side thickening.The research results show that increasing angle on both sides of weld section thickness method can effectively reduce the angle seam stress concentration, make DN800 diameter 10°angle when the maximum stress value of the weld reduced from 520 MPa to 240 MPa, at the same time, the stress concentration area from the perspective of changes in transferred to change the thickness, the stress concentration of the numerical size and area are effectively protected the angle on the pipeline, to deal with direct buried pipeline construction in the process of small angle to find a feasible angled installation pipe fitting.关键词
